Every listing I work on is as important to me as it is to the agent and the seller.

All of the services below are included in your job:

• complete digital photo shoot of property

• unique domain name and full-service hosting

• website design according to established template (click here to view sample)

• images posted for private online preview (usually same day)

• photo gallery with approx. 20-25 images

• images displayed on website link to photo gallery

• all hyperlinks + site programming

• link to Google map

• brokerage logo with hyperlink to broker’s website

• link to your email

• copywriting (or proof and edit of agent’s copy)

• upload + test site

• one set of revisions per broker (+ client if desired)

• additional, “unbranded” MLS version of your page

• FREE listing price changes as needed

• GUARANTEED SATISFACTION

ALL of the above is $795.00 + $50.00 for domain registration and three months

of web hosting.

These services are available at extra cost:

• estate properties over 4000 square feet or homes with more than five bedrooms:

add $200.

• second property visit or twilight photo shoot: $300.

• high-resolution, retouched images for use in print advertising or collateral: $100. each

• Realtor headshot session, including one full retouch: $195. (Realtor special — see www.oneperfectshot.com)

• six months additional web hosting: $50

• add Realtor photo + link to your own website: $50. (FREE for your first site with me or with new headshot session)

• custom design work, retouching or ANY revisions after site is approved: $125. per hour
